Tenant agrees to submit all maintenance and repair requests in writing to Landlord.  For emergencies that threaten life, safety, or property, Tenant shall immediately call 911 and follow up with a written request. Unauthorized repairs by the Tenant are not permitted. Failure to report issues promptly may result in the Tenant being liable for further damage.
